Lois Mae Claiborne, 77, of Columbia, KY died Sunday, March 6, 2022 at Tristar Northcrest Medical Center in Springfield, TN.  She was born on January 21, 1945 in Adair County to the late Joe and Emma Moore Absher.  

Lois was of the Church of God faith and enjoyed flower gardening, driving the countryside and spending time with her family and friends.

2 grandsons: Dusty and Dylan Claiborne of Columbia, KY

1 sister: Alma Furkins of Columbia, KY

Special niece: Patricia Floyd of Columbia, KY

Several other nieces & nephews

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a special friend, Alvie Lee Burton and 6 siblings: Edith Floyd, Thelma Wall, Allene Collins, Mattie Lawhorn, James Absher and Hollin Absher.
