Garnett Lee Franklin, 80, of Columbia, KY died Monday, February 21, 2022 at the Russell County Hospital in Russell Springs, KY. He was born in the Flatwoods Community of Adair County on January 22, 1942 to the late Jim Henry and Verlin Pearl Spoon Franklin.
In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by 3 siblings: Johnson Lee Franklin, Connie Pauline Holmes, and Florene Franklin.

2 sisters: Christine Croghan of Liberty, KY and Carolyn May Dixon of Mobile, AL

Burial: Franklin Cemetery
