Terry Donald West, 76, of Columbia, KY died Friday, December 17, 2021 at his residence. He was born on December 31, 1944 in Beallsville, OH to the late John Marvin West and Hilda Dennis West Thomas.
Mr. West was a member of the Central Church of Christ and served as Minister of many churches in Ohio and Pennsylvania. He was a veteran of the United States Army.
In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by three siblings Franklin West, Randy West and Sandra Wiggins.

3 children: Jared West (Diane) of Columbia, KY, Melissa West Davis of Middletown, OH and Brittany West of Middletown, OH
13 grandchildren: Declan, Olivia and Alec of Ohio and Meagan, Brian, McKenzie, Zachary, Joseph, Hayli, Hannah, Miranda, Reesa and Payton all of Kentucky
1 great-grandchild: Alexander of Kentucky
3 siblings: Larry West (Wilma) of Jerusalem, OH, Wilda Schneider (Harold) of Woodsfield, OH and Kathy Keylor of Bell Buckle, TN
