Earl Young, Jr., 72, of Russell Springs, KY died Thursday, November 4, 2021 at his daughter's residence. He was born on November 12, 1948 in Williamstown, KY to the late Earl Young, Sr. and Mary Frances Farris.

Wife: Mary Sue Reecer Young of Russell Springs, KY

3 children: Marie Parker (Bryan) of Russell Springs, KY, Carol Hasty (Shannon) of Livingston, KY and Rollie Williams (Jennifer) of Stanford, KY

15 grandchildren and several great-grandchildren

4 siblings: Nellie Summers (William) of Westmoreland, TN, Lorena Young of Sampson, AL, Irene Haskel (Rick) of New Haven, FL and Jerry Young (Rita) of Anderson, IN

Several nieces, nephews, and other friends & relatives

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by three siblings: Myrtle Hardin, Cora Frances Lynch and Hazel Taylor and several other family members.

Visitation: Monday, November 8, 2021 from 11:00am-2:00pm at Stotts-Phelps-McQueary Funeral Home with cremation to follow the visitation.
