Merlene Rexroat, 89, of Russell Springs, KY passed away Sunday, October 31, 2021 at Fair Oaks Nursing Home. She was born in Jabez, KY on March 16, 1932, a daughter of the late Eula (Wiggington) and Charlie Hoover.
In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by her husband, Rondal Rexroat; 3 brothers: Oscar, Denzil, and Dewayne Hoover; and 2 half-sisters: Alice Abbott and Hattie Edwards.

4 sons: Charles Fred Rexroat of Russell Springs, KY; Ozandal Rexroat of Georgetown, KY; Randy Rexroat of Columbia, KY; and David Rexroat of Jamestown, KY
1 sister: Glenna Stiff of Russell Springs, KY
9 grandchildren and 3 step-great-grandchildren

Interment: Ridgecrest Cemetery in Jamestown, KY
