Sandy Bradshaw, 59, of Columbia, KY died Sunday, October 17, 2021 at T.J. Samson Community Hospital in Glasgow. She was born December 5, 1961 in Chicago, Illinois to the late Earl and Bonnie Wilson Bradshaw.

2 grandchildren: Tyler and Rylee Grant
