Andrew Steven Meagher, 38, of Prestonsburg, KY died Wednesday, October 6, 2021 in Pikeville, KY.  He was born on August 26, 1983 in Muncie, IN.

The family chose cremation and a memorial service will be held on Tuesday, October 12, 2021 at 11:00amCT at Stotts-Phelps-McQueary Funeral Home.
