Tyler Bolin, 27, of Jamestown, KY (formerly of Columbia, KY) died Saturday, September 25, 2021 at the U.K. Medical Center in Lexington from injuries sustained in an accident.

1 daughter: Averie Bolin of Jamestown, KY

2 brothers: Samuel Locker of Nashville, TN and Alexander Bolin of Columbia, KY

1 sister: Emily Newton of Somerset, KY

Visitation: Tuesday, September 28, 2021 from 5:00pm-8:00pmCT at Grissom-Martin Funeral Home

Cremation will follow the visitation.
