Robert L Merrill, 74, of Jamestown, KY passed away Friday, September 17, 2021 at the V.A. Hospital in Lexington, KY. He was born in Williamsburg, OH on December 17, 1946, a son of the late Gertrude (Adams) McIntosh. 

He served in the U.S. Army as a Pvt in the Vietnam War.

Wife: Judy (Biedinger) Merrill

3 daughters: Jennifer Hardin (Jonathan) and Mindy Wilson (Brandon) of Russell Springs, KY; and Courtney Zehnder of Hebron, KY
3 sons: Robert Merrill Jr. (Brandy), Anthony Buckler (Dawn) and David Smith, all of Hebron, KY
2 brothers: Len Begley of Cincinnati, OH and Michael Begley of Hamilton, OH
7 grandchildren (and one on the way)

In addition to his mother, he was also preceded in death by one sister, Joyce Stockelman.

Funeral Service: Wednesday, September 22, 2021 at 1:00pmCT at Jamestown First Baptist Church with Bro. Randy Cox officiating

Visitation: Wednesday after 11:00amCT at Jamestown First Baptist Church

Interment: Ridgecrest Cemetery in Jamestown, KY

The family requests that facial coverings be worn and social distancing be practiced.
