Johnny Crabtree, 69, of Russell Springs, KY passed away Friday, August 20, 2021 at Russell County Hospital. He was born on Thursday, April 10, 1952 in Jamestown, KY, the son of the late Homer Crabtree and Sally Lawless Crabtree

Besides his parents he was preceded in death by 2 brothers: Marty and his twin brother Jack Crabtree. 

He attended the Word of God Church and was a mechanic.
