Phillip J. Russell, 54, of Jamestown, KY passed away Monday, July 12, 2021 at Russell County Hospital. He was born in Marion County, IN on January 19, 1967, a son of the late Maxine (Warriner) and Billy Russell

2 sisters: Treva Russell of Columbia, KY; Rena Miller of Russell Springs, KY
3 brothers: Avery Russell of Columbia, KY; Roger Russell and Randy Russell both of Jamestown, KY
A host of nieces & nephews
The family chose care and cremation and a Memorial Service will be held at a later date.
