Patricia A. Russell, 70, of Russell Springs, KY passed away Saturday, June 26, 2021 at Lake Cumberland Regional Hospital in Somerset, KY. She was born in Frankfort, KY on February 9, 1951, a daughter of the late Bessie (Snow) and Ernest Russell.
Patricia was a retired school librarian
