Loretta J. Cook, 79, of Lexington, KY (formerly of Jamestown, KY) passed away Friday, June 18, 2021 at her residence. She was born in Jamestown, KY on August 9, 1941, a daughter of the late Velmer Foley and Orpha (McGowan).
Loretta was a retired Assistant Vice-President at the Bank of Jamestown.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Gene Cook.

Funeral Service: Wednesday, June 23, 2021 at 1:00pmCT at H.E. Pruitt Memory Chapel in Jamestown, KY with Bro. Eddie Benton officiating
Visistation: After 11:00amCT on Wednesday at the funeral home
Interment: Jamestown Cemetery
Pallbearers: David Molden, Bart Molden, Stuart Foley, Ryan Molden, Adam Moore, and Ross Russell.
