Barbara S. Collins, 63, of Jamestown, KY passed away Wednesday, May 19, 2021 at Lake Cumberland Regional Hospital in Somerset, KY. She was born in Jamestown, KY on May 18, 1958, a daughter of the late Irene (York) and Jake Helm.
In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by her husband, Junior Collins.

1 brother: Gene Helm (Sherie) of Jamestown, KY
6 grandchildren: Austin (Susan) Roberts, Adam Roberts, Brooklyn Burton, Easton Burton, Montanna Grider and Hunter Grider

Interment: Dixon Cemetery in Jamestown, KY
