Marilyn McKinney Noel, 68, of Shelbyville, KY (formerly of Adair County, KY) died Saturday, March 13, 2021 at her residence. She was born on January 18, 1953 in Columbia, KY to the late Edward and Helen Willis McKinney.
She was a wonderful person and a terrific mother. She loved teaching at Bullitt East High School and wanted to inspire her students. She received the Teacher of the Year Award during her career.
In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by her beloved son, William Trenton Noel.

3 siblings: Rosemary McGuffin, Mike McKinney (Bonnie) and Anne Stephens (Glenn, Jr.)
Nieces & nephews: Mark Henson (Gayle), Laura Griffin (Scott), Angie Henson, Miranda Gray (Cain), Melissa Rodgers, Quinten Smith (Justin), Melanie Collins (D. A.) and Meagan Dovenbarger (Jason)
Several great-nieces and nephews & 1 great-great-nephew

Ms. Noel chose cremation and no services are scheduled at this time.
