Betty M. Anderson, 87, of Campbellsville, KY, the daughter of the late Elmer Stubbs and Katherine Romine of Taylor County, was born on November 17, 1933 and departed this life on March 29, 2021, at her home.

She was united in marriage in 1947 to George Elwood Anderson, who preceded her in death April 28, 1988. Betty was preceded in death by a son, Woody Anderson on November 16, 2016; one brother and one sister: Richard Stubbs and Margaret Gumm.

Betty professed faith in Christ and was of the Methodist faith. She loved traveling, bowling and playing cards with her family.

2 sons: Kenny Anderson of Campbellsville, KY; Jimmy Anderson & wife Lisa of Columbia, KY

1 daughter: Mary Whitlow of Campbellsville, KY

1 special friend: Dorothy Lowe (who was a caregiver and companion)

13 grandchildren, several great-grandchildren & great-great-grandchildren

Walk-Thru Visitation: Thursday, April 1, 2021 from 10:00am-2:00pmET at Auberry Funeral Home

Funeral Service: Thursday at 2:00pmET with Rev Gary Maguffee officiating

Burial: Liberty Cumberland Presbyterian Cemetery

The family has requested the expressions of sympathy take the form of donations to American Cancer Society and Gideon Bibles and can be made at the funeral home.
