Gilbert Knight, 93, of Jamestown, KY, passed away Tuesday, March 16, 2021 at his home. He was born in Jamestown, KY on October 21, 1927, a son of the late Fannie Mae (Cundiff) and Winfield Scott Knight. 

Gilbert served in the U.S. Army and was a retired Boiler Master.

4 stepsons: Roger Shearer and Mitchell Shearer of Jamestown, KY; Jr. Shearer of Russell Springs, KY; and Phillip Shearer of Somerset, KY
1 brother: Marlin Knight of S.C.

In addition to his parents, he was also preceded in death by his first wife, Joyce Knight; 1 daughter, Sherry Knight; 1 sister, Mildred Rexroat; and 1 brother, Bradley Knight.
