James (Jimmy) Smith, 63, of Jamestown, KY passed away Monday, February 22, 2021 at Russell County Hospital. He was born in Cincinnati, OH on November 28, 1957, a son of the late JoAnn (Mills) Warriner and Everett Smith.
In addition to his parents, he was also preceded in death by a brother, Russell Smith.

2 sons: Jason Smith and John Paul Smith
4 sisters: Karen Frazier, Cathy Johnson, Treva Smith, and Teri Smith
2 brothers: Johnny Smith and David Smith
12 grandchildren
Funeral Service: Thursday, February 25, 2021 at 1:00pmCT at H.E. Pruitt Memory Chapel, Jamestown, KY
Walk-Thru Visitation: 11:00am-1:00pmCT on Thursday
Interment: Pine Grove Cemetery in Russell Springs, KY
