Mary Carter, 63, of Russell Springs, KY passed away Monday, January 11, 2021 at her residence. She was born in Long Island, NY on July 5, 1957, a daughter of the late Betty (Francis) and William Ralph Kean.
She was a homemaker
In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by her husband, Howard Carter; 1 son, Timothy Carter; 1 sister, Rebecca Roll; and 1 brother, Ernest Kean.
