Ian Diaz-Lopez was born and passed away on November 11, 2020 at Lake Cumberland Regional Hospital in Somerset. Ian was the son of Lucas Diaz-Ramirez and Lety Lopez-Gonzales of Russell Springs.

Graveside Service: Saturday, November 14, 2020 at 10:00amCT at the Russell Springs City Cemetery with Joel Mendez officiating. Burial will follow the service.
Ian’s funeral arrangements are entrusted to Bernard Funeral Home.
