Glenn A. Coffey, 81, of Russell Springs, KY passed away on Thursday, November 12, 2020, at the Jean Waddle Care Center in Somerset. Born on January 16, 1939 in Russell County, KY he was a son of the late Frank and Mora Morgan Coffey.  

 

Glenn was a former dairy farmer and a member of the Clearfork Baptist Church. He loved fishing and woodworking. 

 

In addition to his parents, Glenn was preceded in death by three brothers; Adrian Coffey, Carlos Coffey, and Wendell Coffey; and three sisters, Zola Stroud, Justine McVay, and Elsie Lancaster.

 

Wife: June Swanson Coffey of Russell Springs, whom he wed on September 23, 1957

1 daughter: Mary Cynthia (and Marion) Record of Russell Springs

1 granddaughter: June Alison (and Joe) Branscum of Russell Springs

1 great-grandson: Josiah Branscum

 

Funeral Service: Sunday, November 15, 2020 at 2:00pmCT at Bernard Funeral Home with Brother John Wilson and Brother Ryan Coffey officiating

 

Burial: Union Cemetery

 

Visitation: Sunday, November 15, 2020 from 12:00pm-2:00pmCT at Bernard Funeral Home
