William Purd Bryant, 88, of Columbia, KY died Sunday, November 8, 2020 at Taylor Regional Hospital in Campbellsville, KY. Born in Adair County, he was the son of the late Purdom Monroe Bryant and Nellie Powell Bryant Bailey and husband of the late Louvenia Rodgers Bryant.

Mr. Bryant was a member of the Bethany Baptist Church and enjoyed riding horses and 4-wheelers.

He was preceded in death by a daughter, Alesha Morrison.
 

SURVIVORS:

3 children: Ron Bryant (Debbie), Garry Bryant (Linda) and Deborah Bryant (Steve Gadberry) all of Columbia

10 grandchildren & 9 great-grandchildren

2 brothers: Charles & Jessie Bailey both of Indiana

Funeral Service: 2:00pmCT on Friday, November 13, 2020 at Stotts-Phelps-McQueary Funeral Home with Bro. Jimmy Dale Cox officiating

Burial: Tarters Chapel Cemetery

Visitation: Thursday from 4:00-8:00pm and Friday morning until time for the service

Pallbearers: Shane, Garry, Justin and Tyler Bryant and Elliott and Will Morrison.
