Jackie Dale Turner, 60, of Columbia, KY died Tuesday, October 20, 2020 at Taylor Regional Hospital in Campbellsville. He was born October 23, 1959 in Adair County, KY to the late Dola & Eva Leach Turner.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by 1 brother and 3 sisters: Tommy Turner, Bonnie Franklin, Mary Ethel Whitaker and Robbie Garrison.
Jackie enjoyed fishing, dirt track stock car racing and go-karts.
