Gladys Ruth Simpson, 90, of Russell Springs, KY passed away Sunday, September 06 2020 at the home of her daughter. She was January 1, 1930 in Russell Springs, the daughter of the late Alvin Ray & Retha Stephens.
She was the owner and operator of Russell County Florist for 43 years and a member of the Church of God.
Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Bascom Simpson and a daughter, Barbara Garner.
