Jacqueline "Jackie" Bailey, 71, of Columbia, KY died Friday, August 28, 2020 at the T.J. Samson Community Hospital in Glasgow. She was born November 21, 1948 in Cincinnati, Ohio to the late Elvis Lee & Susie Tucker McGowan.
Jackie was a homemaker and a member of Ono Community Church.
In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by a brother, Ewell Gene McGowan.

Interment: Haven Hill Cemetery in Adair County
