Clifford Bernard, 82, of Jamestown, KY passed away Thursday, August 20, 2020 at the University Kentucky Medical Center. He was born in Jamestown, KY on May 28, 1938, a son of the late Mary (Brown) and Roy Bernard.
In addition to his parents, he was also preceded in death by his wife, Verlene Murphy Bernard; 1 son, Eddie Bernard; and 7 siblings.
