Noel Ross Morgan, 88, of Russell Springs, KY died Tuesday, August 18, 2020 at his home. He was born November 26, 1931 in Adair County, KY to the late Edd Lee & Clemme Collins Morgan.
He was a truck driver for solid waste industry and a member of Beckham Ridge Separate Baptist Church.

4 great grandchildren: Carly, Jake & Jared Wilson, and Alex McPherson
1 sister: Mary Rose Hill, Indiana
2 half brothers: Johnny Morgan and Marvin Morgan, both of Columbia
1 sister-in-law: Phyllis DeHart, Columbia
Funeral Service: Friday, August 21, 2020 at 3:00pmCT at Bernard Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Richie Curtis officiating
Visitation: 1:00pm-3:00pmCT on Friday
Interment: Mt. Pleasant Cemetery
