Kay Burton Thomas, 74, of Columbia, KY died Friday, June 26, 2020 at Summit Manor Nursing & Rehab in Columbia. Born in Adair County, KY she was the daughter of the late James Eli and Cecil McQueary Burton and wife of the late Ray Thomas.
She was a member of the Pollards Chapel United Methodist Church and was employed at Westlake Regional Hospital and Summit Manor Nursing Home for many years.
In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by 2 infant twins, Robert James & Paul Allen Thomas and by 5 siblings: Helen Curry, Kelly Burton, Tricia Holt, Diane Marple and Jean Gray.

2 children: David Thomas (Tina) of Columbia, KY; Johnny Thomas (Rhonda) of Russell Springs, KY
3 grandchildren Krissy Banet, Noah Thomas & Chloe Thomas
1 sister: Marie Curry of Louisville, KY
Several nieces, nephews, friends and other relatives also survive.
