Jack Crabtree, 68, of Jamestown, KY passed away Sunday, June 14, 2020 at Lake Cumberland Regional Hospital. He was born April 10, 1952 in Jamestown, KY, a son of the late Sallie (Lawless) and Homer Crabtree.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother, Marty Crabtree.

2 sisters: Anita Curry and Evie Lou Crabtree
3 brothers: Ernie, Johnny, and Jimmy Crabtree

Interment: Jamestown Cemetery
