Artist Rancel Walters, 76, of Russell Springs, KY died Saturday, May 23, 2020 at his home. He was born April 16, 1944 in Russell County to the late Artist Ray & Mary Easter Lawson Walters.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Retha Fern Tucker; 2 brothers: Royce Walters & Dean Walters; and a sister, Wanda Lucas.

Visitation: 10:00am-12:00pmCT on Thursday, May 28, 2020 followed by a private funeral service for the family
