Valerie Kay Kelsey, 64, of Somerset, KY passed away Monday, May 4, 2020 at the UK Hospital in Lexington, KY. She was born on Tuesday, May 8, 1956 in Somerset, KY, daughter of the late Bobby Flanagan & Katie Popplewell Flanagan.
Valerie was a retired social worker and a member of Pine Grove Separate Baptist Church.
