Gina R. Smith, 45, of Louisville, KY passed away Friday, April 24th, at University of Louisville Hospital. She was born in Columbia, KY on January 29, 1975, a daughter of Nilla (Hopper ) Lothery and Jimmy Bell.
She was preceded in death by a son, Codey Bell.
