Jeffrey Allen Smith, 68, of Russell Springs, KY died Friday, April 17, 2020 at his home. He was born January 22, 1952 in Russell County to the late Lonzo Lee & Maggie Stephens Smith.

He was a Veteran of US Army.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by 2 brothers: Lee Smith & Calvin Smith and 3 sisters: Ethel Trimble, Anna Norman, and Marie Sparks
