Joseph Osbert Twyford, 88, of Russell Springs, KY died Tuesday, April 7, 2020 at Fair Oaks Nursing Home in Jamestown, KY. He was born March 20, 1932 in Russell County to the late Thomas & Carrie Lee Grider Twyford.
He was a mechanic at the Russell County Board of Education.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Geraldine Scales Twyford.
