Herbert C. Brower, 75, of Russell Springs, KY passed away Sunday, April 5, 2020 at Russell County Hospital. He was born in Englishtown, New Jersey on January 21, 1945 a son of the late Dorothy (Arrowsmith) and Stanley Brower.
Mr. Brower served in the U.S. Navy and was a retired truck driver.

12 grandchildren
2 great grandchildren
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a son, Tyler Brower and a grandson, Blake Walters.
Services are private.
