Sam Back, 87, of Jamestown, KY passed away Friday, March 13, 2020. He was born in Jamestown, KY on September 18, 1932, a son of the late Rose (Choate) and Miller Back.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by 3 brothers: William Vernon, Jimmy & George Back; 1 sister: Ernestine Back; and special friend: Lorene Spoon.

Interment: Ragen Cemetery in Jamestown, KY.
