Jerry Blankenship, 72, of Jamestown, KY passed away Monday, November 25th, at his residence. He was born in New Castle, IN on August 11, 1947, a son of the late Eva Mae (Lucy) and Audie A. Blankenship.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by 2 brothers, Harold & Darwin Blankenship.
