Sandra Dee Bernard, 62, of Russell Springs, KY died Tuesday, November 19, 2019 at Russell County Hospital. She was born November 14, 1957 in Shelbyville, IN to the late Amos and Beatrice Flanagan Stephens.
Sandra was a homemaker and attended Bernard Ridge of God.

Per Sandy's request, there will be no visitation.
