Paul E. Bennett, 69, of Russell Springs, KY died Monday, November 11, 2019 at the Cumberland Nursing & Rehab Center in Somerset. He was born October 8, 1950 in Russell County to the late Olis & Wilmerth Patterson Bennett.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a sister, Orean Whittle and a brother, Louis Bennett.
