Ashleigh Nicole “Ginger” Swiney, 30, passed from this life on Tuesday, October 29, 2019 at her home in Campbellsville. She was a daughter of the late Steven Swiney and Sonya Renee (Bryant) Catlett.

Mrs. Swiney had made a profession of faith in Christ and was a member of Campbellsville Baptist Church. She was a patriot and proudly served her country honorably in the United States Army. Though cystic fibrosis would eventually claim her life, she rarely complained, and will be remembered for her good-natured pranks and her infectious laughter.

2 children: Aiden McAllister and Micah Boop

2 step-children: Eli Mason and Jaiden Mason

Close friends and caregivers: Samantha & Wesley Ward of Campbellsville

Her chosen nieces and nephews: Tyler Booth, Emma Estes, Carter Ward, and Xander Ward

Funeral Service: Tuesday, November 5, 2019 at 1:00pmET in the chapel of the L.R. Petty Funeral Home with Bro. Will Burgess officiating

Burial: Mt. Gilboa Baptist Church Cemetery with full military honors by the Marion County Veterans Honor Guard

Visitation: After 10:00amET on Tuesday, November 5, 2019
