Kathleen V. Earls, 82, of Jamestown, KY passed away Tuesday, October 22nd, 2019 at Russell County Hospital. She was born in Jamestown, KY on September 20, 1937 a daughter of the late Mary (Brumley) and William Hall.
In additon to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Venus Earls; 3 brothers: Clifton, Glenn, and John Hall; and 2 sisters: Pauline Hall and Judy Miller.
