Marcine P. Melson, 69, of Columbia, KY passed away Sunday, September 29, 2019 at her residence. She was born in Glasgow, KY on June 4, 1950 a daughter of the late Helen (Pelston) and Clyde Petty.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her first husband, James Bailey.
