Roberda McCubbin, 93, of Campbellsville, KY daughter of the late Arthur Hayes and Bessie Sidebottom Hayes, was born September 28, 1925 in Taylor County, KY. She died at 8:20 A.M., Saturday, August 17, 2019 in Campbellsville.        

She professed faith in Christ and was a member of Liberty Cumberland Presbyterian Church where she also served as Elder. Roberda was a former custodian at Campbellsville Public Library.

She united in marriage to Elmer “Boss” McCubbin December 22, 1945. He preceded her in death April 20, 1968.

SURVIVORS: 1 daughter and 2 sons: Sue Ann York and husband Gary and Mike McCubbin of Campbellsville and Danny McCubbin and wife Sharon of Webster; 8 grandchildren: 19 great-grandchildren: 1 brother: Clyde Hayes and wife Ruth Ann of Campbellsville; several nieces, nephews and many other relatives & friends.

She was also preceded in death by two daughters: Reta Faye Curry and Jane Carol McCubbin and one brother, Auburn Hayes.
