Eliza P. Garner, 89, of Jamestown, KY passed away Sunday, August 18, 2019 at Russell County Hospital. She was born in Jamestown, KY on October 21, 1929 a daughter of the late Liddie (Lawless) and Arles Chapman.
Eliza was a member of Freedom Christian Church and a retired school teacher

1 son: James Garner, Jamestown, KY
1 sister: Mary Bessie Malone, Jamestown, KY
2 grandchildren: Joe Nicholas(Elaina) Grider and Lydia Madison Grider
1 great-grandson: Ira Kane

She was preceded in death by her parents, husband Jesse Garner, and a granddaughter, Jessica Charlene Grider.
