Randall "Randy" Lee Rowe, 71, a resident of Daleville, IN passed away Monday, July 15, 2019 at his residence. He was born in Columbia, KY on March 21, 1948, the son of the late R.D. Rowe and Norene Burris Rowe.
He had managed several companies, including Independence Corregated. Randy was a 1967 graduate of Daleville High School, a veteran of the US Army, and a member of the American Legion Post 446 where he had been Commander.
