Naomi Logan Popplewell, 93, of Russell Springs, KY passed away Friday, July 12, 2019. She was born April 23, 1926 in Morehead, KY, a daughter of the late George Boone Logan & Annabelle Glover Logan.
Naomi was a retired toll collector for the Commonwealth of Kentucky and a member of Russell Springs Lighthouse Church.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Edward Hugh Popplewell and a son, Alan Popplewell.
