LaTonya Scaggs, 43, of Russell Springs, KY died Sunday, June 30, 2019 in Hospice Care at Russell County Hospital. She was born February 27, 1976 in Somerset, KY.
Tonya was a member of Pine Grove Separate Baptist Church.
She was preceded in death by her father, Randel "Randy" Popplewell; paternal grandfather, Ollis "Okie" Popplewell, & her maternal grandparents Maggie Eastham & Delmo Polston.
