Sammy T. Mann, 79, of Jamestown, KY passed away Thursday, June 27th, 2019 at Russell County Hospital. He was born in Jamestown, KY on May 6, 1940, a son of the late Thomas R. Mann and Amy (Stearns) Mann.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Evelyn Mann and 1 brother, Jr. Mann.
