Billy Gosser, 83, of Russell Springs, KY died Thursday, June 6, 2019 at the Russell County Hospital. He was born April 18, 1936 in Russell County to the late Oscar & Patra Wilson Gosser.
He was a farmer, a Veteran of US Army and a member of Pine Grove United Baptist Church.

2 sisters: Fern (Larry) Luttrell, Morgantown, West Virginia; Ruth Ann (Bruce) Ipe, Wilton, Connecticut
Funeral Service: Wednesday, June 12, 2019 at 10:00amCT at Bernard Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Joe Gosser officiating
Visitation: Tuesday from 5:00pm-8:00pmCT and after 8:00amCT on Wednesday
Interment: Pine Grove Cemetery on Gosser Ridge
The family requests contributions of sympathy be made to the Pine Grove Cemetery on Gosser Ridge. These can be made at the funeral home.
