Jess Frank Hinkle, 79, of Russell Springs. died Monday, May 20, 2019 at the UK Heathcare Hospital in Lexington, KY. He was born July 29, 1939 in McQueary County, KY to the late Clellan & Hazel Lynch Hinkle.
Jess was a night watchman at Alligator I Boat Dock.
